Common Volvo 48V Hybrid Battery Faults We Repair

Important: The Volvo 48V battery must be removed from the vehicle and sent or brought to us. We do not require the vehicle.

How to Order

1. Remove the Volvo 48V battery from the vehicle.

2. Package the battery securely to prevent damage during transport.

3. Include the following information with the battery:

   • Order number

   • Full name

   • Telephone number

   • Return address

4. Send the battery to us.

Once received, we will assess and repair the battery and aim to return it within 48 hours, subject to the condition of the unit.
