Carefully remove your unit from your vehicle. If you are unsure how to do this, please contact your local garage or search for removal instructions online.
STEP 2
Complete the transaction and print your purchase receipt. Send the receipt along with your item to our workshop address. Make sure to securely pack your item.
(If you do not have a printer, please write your details manually on paper and include the transaction details from eBay.)
STEP 3
Once we receive your unit, we will inspect and repair it. After thorough testing, we will return it to you via secure postage.
Customer Information:
- Return Postage: Included in the repair price.
- No Further Coding: After the repair, no additional coding will be required for your unit.
- Unrepairable Units: In the unlikely event your unit cannot be repaired (due to prior repairs, tampering, or water contamination), we will contact you to update you on the situation.
- Dealer Alternatives: Dealers cannot offer this service and typically recommend a direct replacement, which can be very expensive.
